How much are tickets?

Ticket prices depend on height and session length. Explorer tickets (over 100cm) start from £9.50, while Junior tickets (90–99cm) start from £15 and include one accompanying playing adult. Our mini zone is available for £7.50 and can be purchased on site.

How long are sessions?

You can choose between a 1 or a 2 hour session. We advise arriving 15 minutes early to maximise your duration. The final sessions start either 1 or 2 hour before closing.

Question 5

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you can bring your own food into the event site, we have picnic tables for you to use. However, no food or drink is permitted into the play zones.

Do you have lockers?

Yes we have lockers available. Simply insert a £1 coin to release the key. This will be returned to you once the key is returned.

What should I wear?

You'll need to wear comfortable clothes. No clothing should have sharp points such as belt buckles, nor should any sharp objects be brought into the arena (jewellery, key chains etc.). This is for your own health and safety and for the protection of the equipment. Grip socks are required and can be purchased at the ticket office.

Do adults have to pay?

Children under 100cm must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. These tickets are slightly more than individual Explorer tickets. For the mini zone, there is no additional charge.See our ticket options for more information.

There are no age restrictions, only height and weight restrictions.
